We are currently seeking farmhands for seasonal work with the potential for year-round employment.
Tasks include animal care, harvesting, construction, gardening, and maintenance. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be available during daytime hours, with Mondays mandatory for farm meetings. Housing options available if needed.
Ideal candidates exhibit emotional maturity, enthusiasm for regenerative agriculture, openness to learning, and strong communication skills. The farm promotes equality and diversity, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.
