You're Part of the Farm, Too

At our heart, the Bittersweet-Milkweed Collaborative is a community effort, a place of learning and sanctuary. Although we sell what products we have, we also share and give freely of our time, resources, food and labor. We are a project, really. An attempt at rejuvenating connections and healing the planet, and we know that there are those of you looking to do the same.
So maybe you don't know where to begin--that's ok! There are so many ways for you to be a piece of what happens on the farm.
Volunteer Your Time
Volunteers are welcome! Join us for open volunteer hours every Thursday, Saturday and Sunday for three-hour shifts. Folks can come from 9:00am to 12:00 pm or 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
Dress for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes. Be prepared for the unexpected, and if you can give us a day’s notice before you arrive, that is greatly appreciated. Send us an email, call or text (315-777-7245) to let us know you're coming.
